Eligibility for IGNOU MBA
- To be eligible for IGNOU MBA, a student must have cleared the OPENMAT entrance test of IGNOU conducted by NTA(National Testing Agency).
- As per government of India rules, a candidate must have a minimum of 50% for general category students and 45% for reserved category students in graduation.
- One must make sure that CGPA to percentage conversion in the case makes him eligible for the program.
IGNOU MBA fees
The IGNOU MBA Program has 21 courses in total. The fees for each course is Indian Rupees 1800/-. Calculating the fees for 21 courses,
Total fees = 21X1800 = Rs. 37800.
Course Approach
In IGNOU, modular approach is followed. It means a student opting for MBA may leave the course early and get a post-graduation diploma in a stream. There are certain rules for that. The concept of exit points exists. . If a student completes five courses in a particular specialization along with one basic compulsory course, the student would be awarded Diploma in that particular specialization.
Age Criteria
No age limitation for pursuing this course. Knowledge can be gained at any age.

Admission Procedure
Admission will be done on the basis of the score obtained in the OPENMAT exam, conducted all over India twice in a year. The result of the OPENMAT exam would be available on www.ignou.ac.in. The result will show pass or fail according to the cut off clearance concept.
