1. Do not use mobile or computer(any screen) 3 hours past giving the test. Your mind muscle area which gets activated during using screens would be relaxed. This would help you to get full focus during 3 hour online test.
2. Before giving 3 hour test drink enough water and go to washroom. This will not bother you in the exam for any one of these neccesities an will help you to bear
3. Sit relaxed for 5 minutes before giving the test. Music is good option for exam stress.
4. Doing meditation daily for 10 minutes helps brain focus improvement. So try meditation if possible.
5. Wear relaxing clothes. Tight and uncomfortable clothes may lead to some suffering during the exam.
6. Ask parents and family members not to disturb(if you are giving mock , at home) during these 3 hours of CAT mock or any other exam mock.
7. In each section attempt only easy questions first. Leave the difficult questions. You will still be ahead of many.
8. Do not cry for the difficult section prior to the section you are giving. Sometimes 1 section is difficult and other is easy. So do not worry of other sections. You never know how low the cut off will be.
9. Keep 2 pens with you. So, in case one malfunctions, you can use other.
10. Follow all rules of the exam(in actual exam) so that you don’t have to bother for any issues.
11. Keep deep breathing after every 10 minutes. So your mind would get more oxygen and would help in focusing on your screens.
